Ready To Plant a Seed For The New Year?

Since I've had school-age children, September has been my January. Come September I seem to have an extra spurt of energy, the need to take stock and make plans. Why waste this magic moment and wait until the end of the year to make some half-hearted new year's resolutions? Thinking about my ambitions and plans and dreams well before January has helped me more often than not to actually realize what I had been intending to do. It is therefore with great pleasure that I invite you to a workshop that will give you this opportunity, too. But we won't make any rigid resolutions, rather we'll use creative coaching techniques and yoga to set you up for 2022.

Plant Your Seed

If you were a gardener, you'd start thinking about your planting plans soon. You'd harvest this year's crop. Evaluate what grew well and why, and what didn't and why. Do some pruning. Tidy up. And plan ahead for the next season. Everything else follows from there: How you prepare the beds. The seeds and plants you are going to buy. How much time and money you need to invest. If you need help.

If you compare your life with a garden, now is a good time to follow a similar process. Maybe you would like to tackle a little project, put into place a big plan, or follow a dream - this popular workshop will help you plant your seed and help it grow and flourish. We will be using a creative coaching technique as well as techniques from the yoga tradition to get body, mind and heart on board. The session finishes with a nurturing yoga practice and guided visualisation. This workshop will be suitable for all levels of yoga experience, even if you are completely new to yoga.

Planting a Seed for 2022 takes place online via Zoom on Saturday, 2 October, 2 - 4 pm.

“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back. The moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.” (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe)
