Yoga for Walkers | A 60 Minute Practice | Stretch and Strengthen
Do you love walking? I do. And I certainly like stretching out after a long walk or hike to prevent stiffness and pain the following day. This 50-minute practice has two parts. The first, with a focus of stretching out the muscles you might feel after a walk: lower back, hips, hamstrings. The second, a strengthening sequence for the legs and hips.
