Yoga Classes

Unfortunately and very sadly, there are no group yoga classes, workshops or other events running at the moment.

Practice yoga online with me via Zoom. It’s easy and it’s fun.

You can now book online! Go to ‘Classes’ ‘Online Yoga Classes’ or click here.

Please stay in touch by following me on facebook and/or Instagram.

One-to-One Tuition

I love working one-to-one. A private class allows you to practice yoga tailored to your particular needs and requirements. Maybe you are recovering from injury, want to get to grips with certain poses, need some inspiration or simply prefer the detailed attention only a one-to-one session can offer. Mats and props will be provided as well as a personalised practice plan.

You can still work with me 1-2-1 via Zoom. All you need is Zoom on your phone or laptop – it’s free and really easy to use.
Please call or email me if you are interested.

How to practice yoga online from home

My online classes are set at a general level to make them accessible to as many people as possible. The classes are being taught via Zoom. It’s best to download the Zoom App (it’s free). Before practising, make sure your device is fully charged.

To be able to join the class, you will need a link which will be sent to you once you have booked onto the class. Make sure you are in a quiet place, ideally on a yoga mat with props at hand, if you have any. A cotton blanket can be really useful as substitute for a block to sit on and to keep warm during relaxation.

Please access the class 5-10 minutes in advance to make sure everything works, say Hello, and settle. Classes will start promptly. You have the option to switch your screen on and off (in which case I can’t see you, nor other members). Once the class starts I will mute everybody to avoid distracting background noise. I will unmute everybody at the end so that we can say Namaste and Good Bye together.

Don’t practice if you feel unwell, have an injury, are recovering from an operation, or are recovering from Covid-19. Always follow your doctor’s advice about exercising.

Please note that by taking part in the online class you accept responsibility and liablility for for your wellbeing and that you are participating at your own risk.
