YogaVita - Enjoy Yoga, Enjoy Life.

YogaVita is for everybody who loves the physical practice of yoga poses but is also interested in the benefits of yoga for mental and emotional balance.

Currently, all yoga classes and workshops take place online. You can come along on a pay-as-you go basis, purchase a 10-class pass, or become a Yogavita member.

The new monthly membership includes online classes, pre-recorded videos, access to our private facebook group, discounts on workshops and private tuition, and of course teacher support.

Online Yoga Classes


Group Classes

Are you looking to practice yoga regularly in a friendly group and with the support of an experienced yoga teacher?

All classes are currently happening online via Zoom - from my home to yours. All you need is a computer or mobile device and a suitable space in your home.

  • Mondays 9.30 - 10.30 am (Rise & Shine Flow)

  • Wednesdays 20.00 – 21.00 (Hatha / Vinyasa Flow)

  • Thursdays 9.30 – 10.30 am (Gentle Hatha)

  • Fridays 18.00 - 19.00 (Yin Yoga to Restore & Relax)

About Me

My name is Irene Campbell. I discovered yoga in my thirties (someone told me that ‘yoga is good for you’) and it has stayed with me as a personal practice since then. What has drawn me to yoga then and now is a feeling of general wellbeing and contentment after practicing, a feeling of being at home in my body and myself. Something I love sharing with my students.

My steaching syle? Gentle, slow Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. You'll find that I can be quite technical, but at the same time I encourage joyful movement, mindful breathing, and I always include rest and relaxation into my classes and workshops.

I trained with Yoga Professionals in London and continue learning by attending workshops and courses with leading yoga teachers from varying traditions and backgrounds.

When I don't do yoga, find me curled up reading a book or out and about walking, cycling or
cross-country skiing.
