About Me
Hello, I'm Irene Campbell. I believe that yoga has to be sustainable and relevant to your life. I also believe that the physical yoga practice is the key to unlocking all the other wonderful benefits of yoga.
Before training as a yoga teacher, I worked as a stress counsellor for ten years. Hence my special interest in yoga for stress management. I also had a career in the IT industry in my younger years, which has proven useful when supporting professional clients seeing me on a 1-to-1 basis.
I love teaching gentle, slow Vinyasa as well as Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. You'll find that I can be quite technical but at the same time I invite you to simply enjoy moving, breathing and relaxing.
