If you are interested in yoga to look after your body, release stress, and restore inner equilibrium, you have found the right place. Yogavita stands for an approach to yoga that aims to support you in your daily life with all its ups and downs through joyful movement and doing something positive for yourself. My aim is to offer you a wide range of practical tools both from the yoga tradition and modern-day techniques, which you can use to feel good and stay well.

In this course you will discover the wonderful benefits of short, stress-releasing yoga practices - and at the same time get a thorough grounding in stress management techniques. There are private YouTube videos, relaxation recordings and a comprehensive guide, all complementing each other. If you want to have a structured and manageable introduction to stress management, this course might just be what you have been looking for.

About Me

I discovered yoga in my thirties, when I was pregnant and a colleague mentioned to me that "yoga is good for you". How true. Since then, yoga has become my anchor, something that has kept me healthy, active, and grounded - no matter what else has been going on in my life.

Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked in PR for an international software company, and later as a stress counsellor. In 2016, I decided to train as a yoga teacher. I now offer yoga classes, workshops, and online courses. When I don't do yoga, find me curled up reading or being out and about walking, cycling and cross-country skiing.

My motto is move – breathe – relax. I am enthusiastic about the benefits of yoga for all ages and have taught people aged 15 - 91. Practice with me if you love moving gently to ease tensions and tightness while improving flexibility, mobility, strength, and general wellbeing.
