New Pregnancy Yoga Class

A new pregnancy yoga class is taking place on Fridays
6-7.15 pm at The Secret Space in Hertford.
You will learn how to adapt poses for pregnancy and support your and your baby’s wellbeing through the physical practice of yoga as well as having time to relax. Suitable for 14 weeks plus (or earlier if you already have a regular yoga practice). Please consult your doctor/midwife before booking.

YogaVita yoga classes take place in a friendly and welcoming environment and cater for various levels of yoga experience and all ages. Variations and modifications for yoga postures and transitions are offered so that everybody can practice safely but also finds a challenge to work on. You will be guided through the practice, finishing with a lovely relaxation. If you have any questions, if anything is unclear, just ask. The most important thing is to be mindful of yourself. This way, you will get the most out of every yoga class.
