Hello, I'm Irene Campbell. I believe that yoga has to be sustainable and relevant to your life. I also believe that movement is the key to unlock all the other wonderful benefits of yoga.
I will help you destress and improve our general wellbeing through mindful Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. You'll find that I can be quite technical, but at the same time I encourage you to simply enjoy moving, breathing, and relaxing.
Someone once said to me that ‘yoga is good for you’. It is indeed. Yoga has become my anchor, something that keeps me active, healthy and grounded no matter what else is going onin my life. I trained as a yoga teacher with Yoga Professionals in London in 2016 and continue learning regularly with yoga teachers from varying traditions and backgrounds.
When I don't do yoga, find me curled up reading a book or out and about walking, cycling or cross-country skiing.
