Don't miss it. It's a lovely opportunity to take some time out and recharge your batteries through yoga, reflection, and relaxation. This extended, nurturing retreat might just be what you have been looking for.
Let me make it easy for you to start overcoming stress and anxiety. Feel less overwhelmed and more confident in just two weeks through the magic of yoga.
In this course you will discover the wonderful benefits of short, stress-releasing yoga practices - and at the same time get a thorough grounding in stress management techniques. There are private YouTube videos, relaxation recordings and a comprehensive guide, all complementing each other. If you want to have a structured and manageable introduction to stress management, this course might just be what you have been looking for.
"I just wanted to say how much I am enjoying the programme. I chose to do it to help me through a difficult time, and I will continue to start each day with the yoga practices. These bite size sessions are so much more rewarding than the somewhat dutiful long sessions I had been doing maybe once a week."
"The combination of stress-releasing yoga practices and the supporting theory in the course guide are really powerful. They have made a big difference to how I feel."

About Me
I discovered yoga in my thirties, when I was pregnant and a colleague mentioned to me that "yoga is good for you". How true. Since then, yoga has become my anchor, something that has kept me healthy, active, and grounded - no matter what else has been going on in my life.

Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked in PR for an international software company, and later as a stress counsellor. In 2016, I decided to train as a yoga teacher. I now offer yoga classes, workshops, and online courses. When I don't do yoga, find me curled up reading or being out and about walking, cycling and cross-country skiing.

My motto is move – breathe – relax. I am enthusiastic about the benefits of yoga for all ages and have taught people aged 15 - 91. Practice with me if you love moving gently to ease tensions and tightness while improving flexibility, mobility, strength, and general wellbeing.
