Yoga with a Friend on
Saturday, 2 December

A partner yoga workshop to explore a different aspect of yoga through connecting with others.

This is NOT an acro-yoga class – postures will be accessible for all levels of  yoga experience.

Bring a friend, relative, partner, colleague – or come on your own.

Practising yoga asanas with a partner or in a group is a fun and enjoyable change to an everyday yoga routine. It offers the opportunity to connect with fellow yogis and yoginis, building trust and empathy while at the same time facilitating good alignment, balance and inner focus.

YogaVita classes take place in a friendly and welcoming environment and classes cater for various levels of experience and all ages. Variations and modifications for different yoga postures and moves are offered so that everybody can practice safely but also finds a challenge to work on. You will be guided through the practice, finishing with a lovely relaxation. If you have any questions, if anything is unclear, just ask. The most important thing is to be mindful of yourself. This way, you will get the most out of every yoga class.
