About the Event

Whether you have done Yin Yoga before and are keen to learn more about it, or curious to try it out for the first time, this online workshop will familiarise you with the main principles underlying the practice of Yin, some of the most common poses, and safe practice. The May workshop will focus on the lower back and help release tensions in this area to ease discomfort and pain. Easing out the lower back is also important if you sit or stand a lot or after workouts, which target the core muscles or activities such as running, cycling and long walks.
