About the event

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice with many benefits for modern people. It offers a system to relax deeply, sleep better and relase stress. This workshop has two parts. At the beginning you learn all the theory necessary to practice Yoga Nidra at home. In the second part you'll be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice. This guided session will be recorded so you can refer back to it whenever you want.
