About the event

Knowledge of the concept of chakras can help you improve your wellbeing and  enhance your yoga practice. In this workshop you will learn about 

  • the history of chakras, 
  • the charakteristics of the most common 7 chakras,
  • chakra-focussed poses, and
  • practical applications for every-day life.

Expect a mix of lecture, discussion, and yoga practice (suitable for beginners as well as experienced practicioners). A  chakra meditation and relaxation at the end will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and nurtured.
