I am exited to announce my first yoga day retreat, taking place on Saturday, 6 October at Sopwell House in St Albans. Treat yourself to a nurturing day of well-being as the days get shorter and the busy festive season is about to start.

A day of yoga, meditation and more
A yoga day retreat is a welcome opportunity to get out of the hamster wheel of daily commitments. It is an opportunity to connect with yourself and nourish body, mind and soul.
In the morning we will practice various aspects of yoga: Strengthening dynamic yoga, stress-releasing yin yoga, and calming pranayama breathing techniques. After a vegetarian/vegan lunch you can join me for a walk (weather permitting) or chill out with a book or your diary. We finish the day with more yoga, an introduction to meditation and a healing yoga nidra practice. You can then continue with a visit to the spa with dinner at the spa restaurant.
Chose between two options
The yoga day retreat costs £100. This includes two yoga practices, an introduction to mediation and one yoga nidra session plus a vegetarian/vegan lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
As an optional extra (£30), you can book to go to the Sopwell House spa afterwards and enjoy the facilities and dinner in the spa restaurant.
