Planting a Seed for the New Year

A new year in sight, a new opportunity to take a breath and reflect on where you want to go next. Using coaching techniques as well as techniques from the yoga tradition, plant a seed for 2020, whether that is a little project you’d like to tackle, a big plan you want to put into place or a dream you would like to follow. You will be guided through a nurturing Yin Yoga practice, finishing with a guided visualisation and relaxation.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience, even if you are completely new to yoga.

Detox, Renew and Relax

Look forward to two hours of nourishing Hatha Yoga practice including poses which will help you gently detoxify, stretch and strengthen the body. This workshop focusses on building strength in major muscles groups and explains the principles of strength training. You will also be supported in developing a plan for a home practice to help you achieve your goals.
This workshop is of particular interest to beginner and intermediate practitioners.
