A new offering for the new year: Join the YogaVita monthly membership to have access to a range of online yoga options: live Zoom classes, pre-recorded videos, tutorials, a private facebook group, discounts on workshops and events, background information on yoga, and other benefits.
This new membership option is for all who like to take part in live Zoom classes, and also enjoy practicing with pre-recorded videos. Plus you have the invaluable support of your yoga teacher: you can ask me questions and book individual 1-2-1s at a much reduced rate.
Throughout 2020 it has been my ambition to help my clients continue with their yoga practice during the Coronavirus pandemic, when group yoga classes had to stop for long periods of time. It was wonderful to see how many of my clients embraced the new online world. I even surprised myself: I didn't expect online teaching to be so rewarding. Online yoga will continue to play a major role for my teaching throughout 2021, even if in-person classes will recommence.

Enjoy short, themed yoga videos for your home practice plus a daily email with information, inspiration and affirmations.
